My journey has not always been a smooth one. Like so many women, I have faced overwhelming challenges, moments of intense vulnerability and sadness, and deep gnawing insecurities that have at times felt unbearable.

 

I felt each setback reduced my confidence and feelings of self-worth as my insecurities started to weigh heavily. On top of all that, I felt a huge sense of guilt that I wasn't sharing the real me with my loved ones. I had lost my identity and was left questioning who I was; wondering how could I access my authentic self, even when I felt cloaked in all that darkness. Perhaps that resonates with you?

There was only one way I could think of; one way to get "me" back and live the life of purpose I so wanted. I found a wonderful hypnotherapist who helped me rediscover who I truly was. At the time, those personal struggles left me feeling raw and exposed; but they've also given me a profound empathy and insight into the relentless obstacles many women face.

 

Maybe, like I did, you feel the crushing weight of self-doubt, the sting of vulnerability and what feels like a constant battle against your own insecurities? This is where I can help you. I have a deep passion in helping women like you overcome life's obstacles.

I went to see Bev for a hypnotherapy session to help sort out some complex issues in my relationship as well as my own struggles with anxiety. I’ve never done anything like this before but figured why not; if it helps me work out how I felt about myself and my partner then it would be worth a go. I have to say, I never thought it would have such a profound effect on me - the clarity I felt after my session was quite staggering. Bev was wonderfully gentle with me, really taking the time to talk with me at length before hypnotherapy and teaching me some breathwork too so I had the tools to continue working on myself after my session. I genuinely can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you Bev, I think you’ve helped rescue a struggling relationship.
