My journey has been far from smooth - I’ve faced significant challenges, felt vulnerable and experienced deep insecurities. These personal struggles have endowed me with profound empathy and insight into the obstacles many women encounter.
My background in the corporate world has given me a first-hand understanding of the immense pressures of juggling work and life. These experiences have equipped me with unique insights into stress management and personal growth, which I now bring into my practice.
