I don't believe life begins to slow down as we age, but I do think it asks a different question. For years you've probably been the person everyone else relied on. You built a career, raised children, supported partners, looked after parents, held families together and somehow kept all the plates spinning, You became wonderfully capable, but somewhere along the way, your own dreams quietly slipped down the list.

Now life is changing again. Perhaps you're retired, or thinking about retirement; the children no longer need you in quite the same way. and you have more freedom than you've had in decades. Yet instead of feeling exciting, it can feel surprisingly unsettling.

Who are you when you're no longer defined by everyone else's needs?

What do you want the next twenty or thirty years to look like?

Those are the conversations I love having. Because I don't believe you've lost your confidence, your curiosity or your sense of adventure. I think they've simply been waiting patiently while life demanded your attention elsewhere.

This next chapter isn't about reinventing yourself. It's about rediscovering the parts of you that have been there all along.

The woman who still wants to learn something new, travel somewhere she's never been, laugh until her sides hurt, make different choices, trust her instincts and wake up feeling excited about what's ahead.

Through breathwork, hypnotherapy and coaching, I help women quieten the noise, let go of limiting beliefs and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels gentle, practical and deeply empowering. There isn't a perfect age to start living more fully. There is only today.

If you've been wondering whether there's still more to come, I promise you there is. Your next chapter doesn't begin because someone gives you permission. It begins the moment you decide there's still so much life left to live.  And I'd love to help you write it.

My Story

Like many women, I've lived through chapters that have shaped me in ways I never expected. I've experienced the joy of family life, the pressures of juggling responsibilities, the moments when life flows beautifully and the times when it feels as though everything has been turned upside down.

Those experiences are what led me to this work. Over the years I've trained in breathwork and hypnotherapy because I became fascinated by something quite simple: why do some people feel stuck while others find a way to move forwards with confidence and hope?

What I've learned is that lasting change rarely comes from trying harder. It comes from creating the space to breathe, to reflect, to understand ourselves better and to let go of the beliefs that have quietly been holding us back.

That's the work I love doing. Not changing who you are. But helping you come home to yourself.

How I Work

Every woman who comes to me has her own story. Some arrive feeling anxious about what lies ahead. Others have lost confidence after retirement, divorce or bereavement. Some simply know that life has become smaller than they want it to be.

There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach because there isn't a one-size-fits-all woman. Together we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, uncover what's really important to you and gently build the confidence to move towards the life you want.

Sometimes that means letting go of old fears. Sometimes it means learning to trust yourself again. And sometimes it means giving yourself permission to put your own happiness back on the list.

Whatever brings you here, you'll find a calm, supportive space where there's no judgement, no pressure and no expectation to have all the answers.

We'll discover them together.

Dream

Because it's never too late to imagine something different for yourself.

Breathe

When we calm the mind and nervous system, everything becomes clearer.

Believe

Confidence grows each time you trust yourself enough to take the next step.

Alongside my professional training in breathwork and hypnotherapy, I bring something equally valuable: genuine compassion and lived experience. I know what it's like to navigate change, to question what's next and to rebuild confidence one step at a time.

My role isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to walk alongside you while you create a life that feels more peaceful, more joyful and more like your own. If you're ready to embrace your next chapter with curiosity, confidence and hope, I'd be honoured to help you take that first step.

L - Birmingham

I never thought hypnotherapy would have such a profound effect on me - the clarity I felt after my session was quite staggering. Bev was wonderfully gentle with me, really taking the time to talk with me  and teaching me some breathwork too so I had the tools to continue working on myself after my session
